Welcome to Erlebnisgut Oberhabach - the "somewhat different" hotel. Our 4-flower farm with everything that goes with it combines the comfort of a 3-star S-hotel with the cosiness of a 620-year-old farm. With us, cordiality, hospitality & tradition are writ large and lived with passion.

Whether on summer or winter holiday, with the whole family, as a couple without children, solo or with a few friends - Erlebnisgut Oberhabach is simply a place to feel good and get away from it all... in every season.

Our holiday farm is located in the midst of beautiful nature between the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn - in the heart of the Kitzbüheler Alpen holiday region. In our small village of Kirchdorf, the clocks tick a little slower - here you can really savour every single holiday moment with your loved ones.

The Hotel

Our 15 cosy rooms and the new flat with balcony, are equipped with wooden furniture, natural wooden floor or parquet floor; safe, W-Lan, internet connection, TV, telephone; bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, shower gel; bathrobe and bath slippers; ideal for switching off and letting your soul dangle.

Whether in the "Kaiserstube", the "Gewölbestube" or the "Habachstube" - you will feel good.

In summer, when it is nice, life takes place outside, in the garden, on the terrace. Starting with breakfast with the view of the green meadows and the mountains - in the background the deep blue sky - to sitting comfortably until deep into the night! And your children will feel well taken care of at the spacious playground.

New at the Erlebnisgut: RIDING HOLIDAYS! Finally the time has come ... we have realised a long-planned project of ours - the riding stable including riding school, riding arena and paddock - and built a small paradise for riding holidays in Kirchdorf in Tyrol.

With our new stables we have created a place of well-being for horse and rider: Boxes with free access, tack room, grooming facilities, riders' lounge on the upper floor with a view of the horse boxes and much more. After all, there is hardly anything better than taking time out on holiday to enjoy relaxing hours on horseback, don't you think?

Our horse hotel is now home to 10 horses - from the mini-shetty "Morgenstern" to the elegant German sport horse "Sir Diego", there is a suitable animal for every horse lover. However, it is not only the size of the horse that counts, but also the character of the horse and rider. We attach great importance to this and always find the right horse for our riding students - we are looking for "soul mates", so to speak, so that the riding lessons run really harmoniously and are fun for everyone - horse and rider alike.

Our region is a true hiker's paradise - in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps around the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn there are hiking routes for every fitness and age group. There are also bike routes to make cyclists' hearts beat faster. Information and maps are available at the TVB and at Erlebnisgut Oberhabach.

Holiday on the farm

The love of agriculture has a long tradition in the Seiwald family. We see it as our task to convey this love and above all the understanding of the processes on an active farm to our guests.

Experience an interesting tour of the stables with Josef Jr. or the landlord Sepp himself.

Goats, guinea pigs, rabbits, horses and everyone's favourite, the dog lady Bella, are just waiting to be stroked and pampered.

Enjoy the fascinating nature surrounding us while hiking, playing and with our animals - on every new holiday day!

Culinary delights

Our family will spoil you together with our loyal staff of many years. Marlen Seiwald is in charge of the kitchen - everything is freshly prepared every day, the best ingredients are used, some from our own garden, seasoned with fresh herbs, meat from our own farm, cheese and eggs from farms in the area, .... supported by Sepp Junior, the daughters and hard-working staff.
We pay special attention to the gentle preparation of the dishes, even if you have to live on a diet, eat lactose-free food, we take this into consideration, because your health is worth it to us! Because only the best is good enough for you!
