The ski resort Kötschach-Mauthen is a small ski area at the transition between Gailtal and Lesachtal in Carinthia. The region is known for sometimes being blessed with an abundance of snow. The slopes in Kötschach-Mauthen are made to practice and enjoy skiing and snowboarding comfortably with the whole family. Whether on the practice slope with platter lift or the slopes with double chair and drag lift: everyone will find the right descent here. In between, there is the possibility to recharge your batteries for a long, sunny skiing day with a stop at the Ödenhütte.
A relaxing end is offered by the "Aquarena " - water and wellness oasis, located directly at the valley station of the Vorhegg double chairlift.
