Welcome to the cozy 3½ room apartment with a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The apartment is located in Ftan Sainas, directly at the cross-country ski run and at the Ftan children's area, as well as at the ski bus. The Ftan-Prui chairlift is easily accessible on foot or with the Ardez-Ftan ski bus.

Ftan is located on a sun-drenched plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, behind the Tarasp Castle, the Lower Engadine Dolomites dominate and embed the village in the alpine picture book landscape. The 400 year old Alpine mill Ftan tells of the once rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly into the Motta Naluns snow sports area. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to start skiing, which is directly opposite the apartment. The toboggan run between Prui and Ftan also offers pure snow fun for young and old.

In the friendly and cozy apartment (approx. 80 m2) you can fully enjoy your vacation. From the living room with a large dining table with corner bench, exposed beams and from the windows and from the adjacent terrace (with stone table and grill) to the west you have a great view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge with a large freezer compartment. In the living room, the fireplace is the highlight for cozy hours by the crackling fire.
