The "Zweite Heimat" is a newly built family-friendly appartment with all the necessary luxuries to enjoy the beauty of the Zillertal all year round. The appartment has two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a spacious living-dining area and a private garden.

The master bedroom, made of Austrian stone pine, has a freestanding double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed or a bunk bed, depending on occupancy, providing restful sleep for couples or even families with up to three children. The large living-dining area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting area and large sofa, from where you can enjoy the view of the mountains of the Zillertal. We have also thought of the little ones, so the appartment has a high chair, baby cot, baby changing facilities and children's tableware.

The appartment has two separate bathrooms, one with a walk-in rain shower and the second with a bathtub. Relax in the private garden on a relaxation lounger or enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with mountain views. High-quality materials and a modern alpine style will also delight you. Two spacious underground parking spaces, which you can comfortably reach by lift, facilitate your arrival and departure.

Our quiet appartment is located in the popular hiking area of Fügen, directly at the "Spieljochbahn". Several hiking trails and cycling routes start right outside the front door. The popular adventure pool and spa retreat "Erlebnistherme Zillertal" is only 5 minutes away and in 10 minutes you can reach the Leading Golfcourse Zillertal-Uderns. Whether hiking, mountaineering, climbing, biking, golfing, swimming or simply relaxing, the „Zweite Heimat“ is your starting point in the most active valley in the world.
