Our beautiful apartments are situated on the 2nd. floor (elevator). The house is centrally situated on a quiet side road with a wonderful view. The centre is only a 2 minute walk away. The apartments are exclusively designed with top quality furnishings, open-plan and light designed living area with a completely furnished kitchen, bedroom , modern bathroom and a wide south-facing balcony with an open view of the Kitzsteinhorn and the wonderful mountain range.

General Information:

• Children´s discount: Small children up to 3 years accompanied by parents, are free.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Arrival from 2 p.m. (Deposit of the luggage is possible in the morning)
• Departure latest at 10 a.m.
• Deposit € 200,- /week and apartment at the confirmation of the reservation.
• Deposit for the keys €100,- at occupation of the apartment.
• The rest of the amount to be paid at your arrival.
• From a stay of more than 5 days then there is no final cleaning to be paid.
