6 NIGHTS in one of our Junior Suites (Königskerze Komfort, Ifen Komfort or Ringelblume Komfort) with selected Ayurveda program and daily Ayurvedic main course in the menu.
Constitution determination & pulse diagnosis by our Ayurveda Doctor (30 min.).

1. TREATMENT DAY:
MUKABHYANGA | 60 MIN
The Ayurvedic face and head massage is designed for relaxation and skin care. It calms and balances your tensions. In Ayurveda, the head is considered the “gateway to heaven”. But the earth must not be forgotten either. Therefore, traditionally, a stimulating foot massage is also part of it.

2ND DAY OF TREATMENT:
GARSHAN | 45 MIN
A purifying and metabolism-stimulating therapy. This special full body massage is done with raw silk gloves. (You can also take the gloves home afterwards).

3RD DAY OF TREATMENT:
SHIRODHARA & ABHYANGA | 90 MIN
A royal forehead oil pour with gentle head massage. You will be put into deep and contented relaxation. After the forehead oil pour, an Abhyanga herbal oil massage is performed. The Ayurvedic full body massage has a harmonizing effect with warming, high-quality oils, which are attuned to the Dosha. Pure relaxation for body, mind and soul.
SWEDA LEPA | 30 MIN
The warming orange blossom lavender pack allows the Ayurvedic oils used to penetrate even deeper into the body. In the floating couch you relieve your back and enjoy restful tranquility.
