Our cottage with beautiful views located in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge of Mayrhofen. It was built in typical Tyrolean style. To Ahorn-and Penkenbahn, to the tennis courts, swimming pool and an adventure center it takes only a few minutes. Parking, lawn and a "cool" children's playground with a sandbox, slide, swings and table tennis are available.

• APARTMENTS *

The apartment * "Ahornblick" * (2-5 pers. 55 m2) and * "Penkenblick" * (2-6 pers. 70m2) are designed with attention to detail and comfortable.
Our house has been awarded of "4 EDELWEISS".

The apartment "Ahornblick" consists of two double rooms each with shower+wc and a cozy kitchen with balcony. The third person can sleep on a additional bed.

The apartment "Penkenblick" consists of three separate double bedrooms, each room with shower+wc and a kitchen with balcony.

All rooms with balcony, 3/4 flat screens are also available.
Play Station 3 and W-Lan are available to our guests in two apartments for free.

Both flats are non smoking apartments.

• HEALTH * For your fitness professional ERGO-Bike (DAUM Premium 8i) and for healthy relaxing an infrared cabin is available for free for you.
• NATURE PARK ZILLERTALER ALPS * As a member of the Nature Park Zillertal Alps can attend free of charge our guests on guided walks in the Natural Park.
