Pass a breathtaking summer holiday in the Pyhrn-Priel region. Whether as a couple, family or friends, every guest is welcome!
The house has 140m² living space and 1000m² garden area. It consists of two holiday apartments, located on the ground floor and first floor. You can book the house on ist own or choose between one of our apartments. There is also our new Deluxe Bungalow Mountain View Wood, with a large sun terrace as a highlight. The large balcony, the terrace and the garden are the great place for eating together or having a barbecue. Enough space for sunbathers is given. Relax on one of our sun loungers and enjoy the 360 ° panoramic mountain view. We have a private playground for children!
Spend your family holiday in intact nature and visit the national parks Kalkalpen and Gesäuse. Many green pastures already await you along the walking routes. bike lovers can choose from many different cycling routes or spend an adventurous day at the Bikepark Wurbauerkogel. Toboggan fans will also get their money's worth in the summer thanks to the summer toboggan run. Golf enthusiasts will find an 18-hole golf course just 2.5 km away. Water lovers can take a boat trip in the bathing lake Edlbach or in the nearby mountain lake Gleinkerlsee, try stand up paddling or just swim. do rafting, canyoning, caving and much more is possible in the Pyhrn-Priel region.

The balance has to be transferred to our account at least 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation 14 days before arrival - 20% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival - 100% of the total amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
Minimum stay is standard 3 nights and during the Austrian holiday 5 nights!
On New Year's Eve and in February we have 4 nights minimum stay. We are happy to send you our offer by mail!
