Our house is located in 1350m on the broad high plateau Nösslach surrounded by blooming meadows and forests and an impressive mountain landscape in a particularly sunny, open area, for recreation-seeking nature lovers just the thing. Since we ourselves are enthusiastic hikers and mountaineers, we can advise you on your tour planning, we have been observing the weather conditions for years and gladly share our experiences with the guests.

shower / WC, (some each room DU / WC), cozy living room with 3 hotplates, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kitchen cupboards, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, dining area and LCD TV. For your well-being, the apartments are predominantly equipped with native natural wood. Furthermore, each apartment has large, separate balconies with great panoramic views. Bed linen, table linen and towels are available, W-lan gratis.

In the summer you will be delighted by the hiking area Wipptal with its 5 side valleys, from simple family hikes to high alpine glacier tours, the offer, the mountaineering villages Schmirn and Vals are very close, our house is in the nature reserve Nösslachjoch / Obernbergersee. Many ways to mountain bike straight from the house, swim, dance, make excursions, the Kulltur and experience nature first hand.
