Hike - Kirnberg circular route
You leave the idyllic village of Schöffau and proceed on a tarred road to Kalkofen, where the Blaslhof with its animals offers a welcome change for families with children. Walking through the Fuchswald forest you reach a hill with lush meadows. The bench at the cross in the field invites you to linger, because from here the view scans over the gentle hilly pre-alpine landscape with its small hamlets towards the Ammergau Alps. Through the farmstead in Kirnberg you return on an asphalted road back to Schöffau.
