Between the Northern Alps and Provence, just 2 hours from the Mediterranean coast, in the heart of the Alps on the sunny side, you enter the field of Montclar, mountain village on a human scale.

Nestled in the heart of the Blanche valley, between Digne, Gap and Barcelonnette, Montclar resort offers 2 slopes, varying landscapes and sensations!

Winter: a large ski area with nearly 50 kilometers of slopes, the Yooner, an ice rink, snowshoes ... all the ingredients of a successful stay in a resort!

New features in the Montclar ski area for the winter of 2022/2023
Dismantling of 3 obsolete lifts that have not been used for several years:
Vieux Courtier ski lift (snow front > Les Claperies mountain restaurant and the Vallons TS, closed in 2014),
Vallons chairlift (TS Vert allowing access to the top of the Chau plateau, closed in 2012 following the installation of TSD Belvédère),
Residual pylons of the TS des Claperies
In the coming years, Montclar plans to build

A new ice rink
The replacement of the lifts in the Dormillouse/Ubaye sector (TS Belvédère and TS les Vallons)
The creation of a return trail between the sectors (between the Ubaye side and the Chau plateau, via the Col Bas, arriving at the Combe ski lift)
The continuation of the 4 seasons diversification (this track could be used in summer for mountain biking)
