The ski areas at Lake Achensee are ideal for families and those returning to skiing thanks to their many wide slopes. Carving fans and snowboarders will also find great options here. In total, there are 28 lifts in the ski areas Hochalmlifte Christlum in Achenkirch, Rofan cable car in Maurach, Karwendel cable car in Pertisau and the lifts in Steinberg and Wiesing, which provide access to 53 kilometers of slopes up to an altitude of almost 1,900 meters.
