Pension Marchlhof

Our house is in an absolute top location between the ski areas Obertauern and the Salzburg Sportwelt in the middle of the Ski Amadè. You live in spacious and cozy country house rooms. We offer family suites with separate bedrooms especially for families.

Culinary with us
Your day begins with a well-stocked breakfast buffet. In the evening we serve a 3-course menu of your choice in an informal atmosphere, accompanied by a salad from the buffet. We offer simple, down-to-earth cuisine - regional and genuine. The milk comes fresh from the stall, some milk products and many jams are homemade. Beef and pork come from our own farm.

After an active day in nature you will find the necessary relaxation in the sauna. It is also cozy in the reading corner while reading the holiday.

Toys for all ages and table football are waiting in the playroom.
Sledding or building a snowman behind the house. Sledges and slide plates are available for free removal. We are best equipped for the smallest. From the crib, changing mat, potty, bottle warmer, baby monitor to high chair and children's cutlery, everything is available. A small tea kitchen is always available for you.

We manage agriculture with grassland, dairy cattle, cattle breeding and small animals. The drinking water comes from our own source. The house is heated with its own wood and the electricity comes from its own small hydropower plant

Winter with us
The snow-sure altitude of Obertauern guarantees you a wonderful winter from late November to late April. The free ski bus takes you to the lifts in 15 minutes. The bus stop is 50 m from our house. You can also reach the ski areas of the Salzburg Sportwelt in the Ski Amadè in 15 minutes! The 115km long Tauern trail leads past our house at a distance of approx. 80m. The Gnadenalmloipe can be reached by car or bus in 4 km and the 15 km long high-altitude trail does its round in Obertauern.
