The Hoferhof “ban Hofa” is a listed 15th-century mountain farm at 1,510 m in Eores near Bressanone (Brixen) in South Tyrol – in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites and right by the Plose hiking and ski area. Three completely renovated holiday apartments for 2 to 6 guests, a breakfast basket with the farm’s own products and animals to discover make it your home away from home for families and couples.

In 600 years, many things change. New things are created, the old gives way or shines in a new light. It’s like in nature. While flowers wither and leaves fall from the trees in autumn, spring brings new life.

With great care and passion, we have renovated our listed and landmarked mountain farm. We strived to unite the historical fabric with modern elements to create a harmonious overall picture.

Spacious & fully renovated holiday apartments
Our home radiates a very particular charm and shows life traces from various centuries. Every room is unique, and every corner tells a history. The uneven lime finish, the thick stone walls and the many small peculiarities make it absolutely special. Our landmarked farm offers three spacious and fully renovated vacation homes with space for up to 6 persons. During the renovation, we’ve attached particularly importance to natural materials and pleasant colour schemes, which won’t distract your eye from the beauty of the surrounding nature. Cosiness and living comfort are paramount for us.

South Tyrolean Breakfast Basket
No matter whether you prefer to start your day in a sweet or savoury way: We pamper you all year round with regional and home-made delicacies. Our lovingly packed sweet breakfast basket includes crunchy bread rolls, jams and syrups, honey from our meadows and forests, tea from our herb garden or coffee, as well as butter, yogurt, cereals and freshly baked cake.

The savoury breakfast basket offers homemade bacon (‘Speck’) and smoked sausages, as well as South Tyrolean cheese and fresh eggs from our happy chickens. In the morning, the full breakfast basket is placed quietly in front of your apartment door.
